TAPS provides support to survivors through counseling, peer connections, and emotional guidance. The organization guides families through the grieving process and provides financial aid and access to educational benefits.

  • Supported over 100,000 survivors through TAPS programs
  • Welcomed 9,611 new survivors in 2023.
  • Secured $5.7 million in retroactive benefits for military and veteran survivors.

The Florence Crittenton Agency

The Florence Crittenton Agency (FCA) has been serving low-income and vulnerable communities since 1896. The organization works to assist at-risk youth and families in overcoming life’s challenges.

What They Do

FCA provides treatment programs, life skills education, and medical care for youth. They focus on prevention and treatment. The organization supports families through tough situations and offers services that create stability.

Achievements

  • The majority of youth who completed the program, 90%, successfully transitioned into stable living situations.
  • 90% of clients were able to complete their treatment and coping skills programs.
  • Every adolescent received both medical and psychiatric evaluations during at least four weeks of treatment.

Youth Villages

Youth Villages is a nonprofit organization that works with children and their families in need. This organization has expanded its services to 24 states and more than 100 locations since 1986 to support thousands of kids and families each year.

What They Do

Youth Villages provides evidence-based treatment to help young people overcome emotional and behavioral challenges. The organization also works to strengthen family bonds so children can grow up in safe and stable homes.

A Door of Hope
